Luxus im Olivenhain: 1738 errichtete Pierre Chabran in der kleinen Stadt Saint-Rémy in einem von 300 Bäumen bestandenen Olivenhain eine Ölmühle. Fast drei Jahrhunderte später erinnert hier noch viel an die Geschichte des Orts.
