You start your day at the Hollmann Beletage with a rich à la carte organic breakfast. Sustainable and healthy, temporary residents and external guests can choose their personal breakfast from the menu. Regional cheese and sausage platters are just as much a part of the selection as regional pastries, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and locally roasted Naber coffee. The finest egg dishes from the show kitchen are prepared according to your wishes, and a variety of étagères are a given. Best of all: the entire Hollmann breakfast is 100 percent organic.
