Amber in colour with a clear cloudiness. A light sweetness on the nose, fruity with light notes of apricot and minimal acidity. Malty on the palate with a slight sweetness, then a clear bitterness comes through that lingers on the palate. Goes well with bratwurst or matured cheese.
