Chestnut brown in colour with a light brownish foam and slight cloudiness. Sweetish and malty on the nose, notes of caramel and prunes, hints of spices. A slight sweetness on the palate, later the malt bitterness comes through as well as a slight acidity, and again notes of prunes. Goes well with spicy dishes.
