Light yellow gold, bright, pure white foam. Aroma of yeast, lime peel, pineapple and cider apple ("Pinova"). Noticeable acidity on the first sip, fine mousse on the palate, lots of bitterness, very dry finish. Finish: Citrus mix and drying bitterness.
