Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Straw yellow in colour, visible carbon dioxide in the glass and an aroma of yellow apple, some prickly pear and saffron. Lots of fruit expression on the palate, supporting acidity and a rather sweet flavour. The finish is almost white-fleshed pear and elderflower.
