Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
Refreshing ginger spiciness on the nose, with a hint of lime, acidity and green tea. Noticeable acidity in the first sip, but not overpowering, the ginger initially unfolds its spiciness very gently, the lime provides citric freshness. Pleasantly tingling mouthfeel, with a lingering ginger spiciness in the finish.
