Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Medium gold colour. With an aroma of caramel ("Stollwerck") and vanilla, but clearly characterised by the barrel. On the palate, however, the tertiary flavours have overpowered the apple. Pronounced oak wood notes, which only soften the fruit and acidity in the second third.
