Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Dark ruby. Ripe on the nose. Dried fruit, dark fruit, stalky notes of litter. Opens up with air. Clearly sweet on the palate with again darker but fresher fruit, subtle tannin impression that creates tension. Rather restrained acidity. Juicy finish.
