Tasting from 11.04.2025: Roland Graf
Naturally cloudy strawberry juice colour. Has aromas like a "Bloody Mary" with tomatoes, chilli spiciness and lots of herbs (sage, thyme). Fine and complex, without any sweetness and with a long finish. Slightly savoury. "Very independent"!
