"Barrier-free" Bars in Salzburg

With Stani Fürst at the shaker, the motto in the small bar of the Michelin-starred restaurant is quickly realised: "Sen(n)sational cocktails". The bar manager composes them in such a way that they tickle all the senses. At the same time, two dozen open wines are on offer, curated by Thomas Kracher. In the industrial-chic ambience, both options lead to enjoyment.
Alpine elegance prevails throughout the hotel including in the bar. Thanks to homemade syrups the non-alcoholic selection is varied, while the signature cocktails succeed with either a regional twist, such as the "Alpincosmo", or international notes such as the "Thai Massage" with tequila, chilli, lemongrass and mango.
After a variety of outdoor adventures, a refreshing drink is just what you need when you flop down in the cosy upholstered furniture of the stylish bar - in addition to the classics, the bar also serves fine new interpretations. For example, various margaritas from "Negra" with coffee liqueur to "Spicy" with a tabasco kick.
The stylish and cosy lounge bar is the perfect place to end the day - either the drinks are expertly mixed or guests can try their hand at courses. The in-house spirits from Saalfelden master distiller Siegfried Herzog, either Williams pear, gin or whisky, are also a pleasure on their own.
If you have a gourmet temple as a neighbour, you naturally have to keep up with the mixology - so it's no wonder that classics and signature drinks always come across perfectly: The "Clarified Colada" reveals the craftsmanship behind the bar, while the "Silk Road" with curry gin and kalamansi is a testament to flavour.
Gently curved oak constructions serve as eye-catchers and at the same time ensure cosiness with a high style factor. The bar menu pays homage to the region in a creative way. The herbs from our own garden refine many an Alpine inspired drink. The classics also operate at a high level.
Bar chef Tom Fix naturally makes his own syrups, bitters and infusions - with impressive expertise. They are then mixed classically or as a signature according to the principles of the ancient healing art of spagyric: "Immune Boost" with masterwort and "Anti-Stress" with CBD strengthen body and mind. Huge menu!
When choosing a drink, guests take sides with the bar team and are then whisked away from the cosy bar in the mountain paradise to the big, wide world by the inventor of the drink in question: "Argentine Sour", "Spirit of Tulum" or "Thai Massage" prove to be ideal travelling companions. The wine cellar can do it too!
The elegant bar owes its cosiness to the generous use of wood, and guests can enjoy a comprehensive range of drinks: from exquisite flint water to homemade sodas and expertly mixed cocktails. Not only the non-alcoholic refreshers live up to their name, the "Aperol Sour" also tastes great.
The stone terrace is one of the most beautiful spots in the city, and not just thanks to its robust view of the fortress - the sundowner here certainly lives up to its name and is sometimes accompanied by DJs. There's also something going on in the glasses: perfectly executed cocktails, long drinks and highballs await. Top snacks!

While the kitchen celebrates the carnivore lifestyle, the rustic bar scores with a lavish selection: over 100 wines, plus a variety of beers and everything a cocktail fan's heart desires. These include classics of all kinds, but also "Vitaminos", which are completely alcohol-free but all the more fruity and fresh.
The chic interior in the old vaults exudes style and cosiness thanks to the generous use of wood, and the menu is dominated by Asian flavours: those who like it pure can choose from the sake selection; fans of fruity flavours can sip the "Lychee Collins"; the "Tokyo Sour" owes its kick to the ginger-turmeric cordial.
