Tonkotsu stands for highly flavoured, intense, creamy and rich ramen broths. They are cooked for many hours from pork bones and pork head. No wonder it tastes so good. Extra umami can be found in the Mala Spicy Ramen or in the Surf&Turf Tonkotsu with salmon.
If you like it strong, flavoursome and full-bodied, Takumi 4 is the place for you. The focus here is on ramen in a spicy broth with sesame paste and soya milk. There are also all kinds of other ramen variations, various gyoza and donburi.
