During this exclusive retreat, Marsha Lindsay will personally guide participants through an inspiring series of Pilates classes designed to strengthen both body and mind in a lasting way. The program follows the modern, integrative approach also practiced at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, built around the three pillars of Power, Precision, and Pure—each inspired by the method’s founder, Joseph Pilates. Each day of the Nobu Pilates Retreat, guests will gather on the hotel’s rooftop terrace for unforgettable sessions set against a breathtaking backdrop of Talamanca Bay and Ibiza’s historic old town.
In the newly renovated fitness facilities of the resort, guests can also refine their technique on their own or book additional private Pilates sessions with Marsha Lindsay upon request. Naturally, the sessions make use of high-quality Reformer equipment.
