Gennaro's Pop-Up bringt Capri nach Courchevel

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the renowned L'Apogée Courchevel is now bringing Chef Gennaro Esposito's cuisine from Capri to France

Mediterranean highlights in the Alps

Because that brings Chef Gennaro Esposito from the Mediterranean to the Alps. He normally cooks in the La Palma on Capri, also a hotel in the Oetker Collection. For the tenth anniversary, the masters of their subjects are joining forces to Gennaro’s to realize. Italian delights

The fact that the creations in the Gennaro’s taste, that's for sure. After all, Esposito is a big name on the gourmet scene. His restaurant Torre del Saracino in Naples boasts two stars from the Michelin Guide. Espostio was almost born into the world of cooking, having already lent a hand in his mother's kitchen. And in the Confectionery He acquired additional knowledge from his uncle. After working for Gianfranco Vissani and Alain Ducasse, he opened his own restaurant.
