Wabi Sabi
Self Description
Wabi Sabi is a small authentic Japanese restaurant on the banks of the Danube in the River Park complex, whose soul and creator is Rudolf Kravárik. It has undergone a complete interior reconstruction and has become an even more authentic oasis of Japanese style. Its name means Zen art and philosophy, an old Japanese classic with unconventional, natural elements, providing us with simple and at the same time endless possibilities. We can also find it in gastronomy, where it combines old with new and modern with simple. They prepare delicious fish sushi here using traditional techniques, as well as the legendary miso soup. An excellent selection of sake highlights the originality of this place. The service is very kind and unobtrusively creates a feeling of upliftment and experience.
