The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Frizzante Secco from the winery Cleto Chiarli has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Dark ruby purple with a delicate head. Initially earthy on the nose, then full of wild berries and blackberries, some beet, even a hint of chocolate powder on the finish. Dry on the palate, with juicy tannins, shows well-integrated mousse, but unfortunately drains a little too much in the finish.
