Tasting from 29.06.2026: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green with silver highlights. Fresh herbal notes, gooseberries, yellow peach, grapefruit zest, and a hint of minerality. Tight, powerful, and well-structured, with notes of white tropical fruit; delicately spicy and lingering, salty and multifaceted—not unlike a white Bordeaux—a mineral-driven wine that pairs well with food, with solid aging potential.
