Tasting Notes
Rich, sparkling ruby red. Very clearly defined nose, with notes of sour cherry, thyme and pomegranate. Juicy on the attack and on the palate, with beautiful cherry and blackberry notes, then opens up with hearty, pithy tannins and a long finish.
