Light yellow-green in colour, with silver reflections. On the nose, hints of fresh white pear, subtle touches of guava with some white flowers, and a hint of lime. The palate is elegant and slender, with a lemony texture, notes of white apple, and a saline minerality on the finish. A stimulating, light-footed, food wine.
