Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red core. Aromas dominated by animalistic savouriness, dark berry fruits, pepper and hints of gunpowder and leather. Concentrated palate with dark berry fruit, juicy acidity and a salty texture. Needs more time, would benefit from further ageing and decanting.
