Bright salmon pink in the glass. Lots of red fruit and floral notes open the nose, ripe strawberries, cooked rhubarb, nutty notes, herbal spice. The French Paradox flows fresh and juicy over the tongue, clear fruit with a lively interplay of sweetness and acidity, hints of caramel, fine phenolics, animating on warm summer evenings as a soloist or at the table.
