It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Cortis from the region Submarine in Switzerland.
Onion-skin hues in the glass. Slightly austere on the nose. After some time in the glass, notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, and pineapple emerge. On the palate, it has intense effervescence, a sweet character, and candied citrus fruit in the long finish.
