Pale salmon pink, brilliant. A clean, fruit-forward nose with notes of strawberry, grenadine, and lightly cooked rhubarb, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced between fresh acidity and residual sugar that is very subtle for a non-alcoholic wine, without seeming harsh. Good mouthfeel, harmonious, and highly recommended.
