Bright straw yellow with a hint of silver. On the nose, opens with the aromas of freshly cut pears and quince, with subtle hints of meadow herbs and hay. Decidedly fruity on the palate, with rich notes of yellow apples, clear, lean and juicy, quite simply composed, but has a fine drinking flow.
