The white wine »Maximin« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2022 from the winery Maximin Grünhaus – Weingut der Familie von Schubert has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Fragrant, delicate flowers, apple, blackcurrant, floral and also stony hints, some ivy. On the palate the wonderfully steely acidity takes over, juicy and creamy, with spicy minerality as a contrast, apricot, white peach; it is a joy.
