Bright green-silver in colour with a persistent mousse. Light aromas of honey, and ripe yellow peach on the nose, with candle wax in the background. Lots of sweet fruit on the palate, embedded in the effervescent mousse, with a yellow peach aftertaste.
More about the tastingPale straw yellow with a coarse-grained mousse. Apple and ripe stone fruit on the nose, light honey scent on the finish. Rather coarse mousse on the palate, fruity notes of apricots, fresh and juicy, medium-long finish.
