Brilliant, bright straw yellow. Ripe yellow fruit, apricot, overripe quince, plus lemon balm and a hint of papaya. Shows itself on the palate with clear fruit, fine texture stretches over the tongue, medium-bodied, salty, fine mousse, appears quite opulent in fruit at the back.
