The red wine Geremia Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Rocca di Montegrossi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
It has a rich deep dark ruby colour, with a lovely purple shimmer. There are intense aroma notes, with lots of fresh crisp fruit of mulberry, fresh plum, and goji berry, along with a little coriander seed. On the palate there is plenty of juicy fruit, then opening up with grippy tannins, and it is full-bodied, and a little raw overall.
