Light greenish-yellow with silvery highlights. Yellow apple fruit underpinned by fresh orange zest, delicate notes of meadow herbs, and a mineral touch. Juicy and elegant, with white peach flavors and a mineral-salty finish; very precise, it knows how to hide its strength well and will benefit from bottle aging.
