Light greenish yellow. Fine stone fruit notes on the nose, pleasant herbal spice, pineapple. Highly elegant on the palate, firm texture, peppery spiciness, very full of finesse and lively, great aromas, almost nougat-like on the finish, great length, perfect ripeness.
