The red wine »Roter Porphyr« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Kopp has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Intense aromas of red cherry, blackberry, plum, blackcurrant and hibiscus. On the palate, there are still quite young tannins, very vivid acidity and a fine note of clove derived from ageing. The wine has a long finish. Excellent ageing potential.
