Clear, bright purple with a ruby rim. Pronounced aroma of iced blackberry and elderberry, somewhat savoury, coriander, plus a floral hint of dried rose petal. Juicy attack with very straightforward, lively acidity, tapering at the back, firm tannins, animating finish.
