Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold, with silver reflections. Intense aromas of pineapple and passion fruit, with a hint of candied orange zest, some blossom honey, and notes of dried herbs, it is an attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant with sweet fruit, an integrated acid structure, some minerality, and ripe apple on the finish. It is long lasting and is a taut food wine.
