Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. The nose brings tropical fruit as well as hints of quince and orange zest. There's a background tobacco spice note. On the palate it's elegant and tightly meshed, with a discreet fruit sweetness. Apricot emerges on the finish, before a cleansing mineral salinity. Already easy to drink, this will be a versatile food companion.
