The red wine »Dickhäuter«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Sterneisen has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Syrah, Lemberger, Cabernet Franc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Charming, opaque colour in the glass, dark garnet red with light reflections. The nose is fresh and full of berries, savoury hay notes, also raspberry. Tight acidity on the palate, slightly furry, also salty, yet plenty of freshness and juice, not quite round on the finish.
