Tasting Notes
A pale, very delicately hazy golden yellow with silvery highlights. The bouquet features delicate limestone-mineral nuances reminiscent of a great Blanc de Blancs champagne, fine white nougat, delicate yellow fruit reminiscent of nectarines, lemony notes, and undertones of mandarin zest. Juicy, tightly structured, firm yet light on its feet, with a refined acidity profile, a crystalline style, very good length, delicate, like limestone turned into liquid, very drinkable, with definite aging potential—it has class.
