It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Lower Aare Valley in Switzerland.
Light white gold colour. Green apple, grilled peach, citric nuances and yeasty notes on the nose, some nut nougat. Fresh on the palate with a beautifully noticeable fruity sweetness, nuances of white flowers and pear. Medium-fine mousse, suitable length, remains sweet.
