Sweet cherry, rose hip tea, herbal, savoury and slate notes on the nose. The palate is well-built, with good medium density, balanced with very good length and finely nuanced fruit on the finish. An elegant, delicately mineral-tinged and unobtrusive accompaniment to food, soon ready to drink.
