Light salmon pink, silver highlights, fine bubbles. Delicate notes of raspberries and red currants, subtle hints of pear, a touch of lime zest. Light and lively, white apple, fresh acidity, delicate strawberry sweetness, mineral and lemony on the finish—a refreshing summer delight.
