Pale yellow-green. Pleasant notes of fully ripe yellow apples on the nose, delicate herbal spice. Elegant on the palate, mineral, fine acid structure, citrus zest, good complexity and freshness, green apple on the finish, good ageing potential. Delicate vegetal aftertaste.
