International Newspapers Cafés in Vorarlberg
With what is probably Vorarlberg's most spectacular breakfast and cake offer, coffee enjoyment is not neglected. This is guaranteed by the roasts from Trevo and Kaffeewerk, along with a highly trained team. Focaccia, quiche and stew make for a deliciously healthy lunch.
It is always a little luxury to go to the roasting master Andrea Trevisan for a coffee. Especially as there are regular new creations alongside the established varieties, as well as spectacular co-fermented experiments (coconut!). Tea and cake are also available - marvellous!
Claudio Errico started out with a charming coffee mobile, now he and his team spoil half the city centre. And not just with Colombian coffee specialities: Champagne, wine, tarte flambée, Kaiserschmarren, brandies and raclette bread also go down well!.
Vorarlberg's first urban coffee shop still delights with a fantastic selection beyond cappuccino, espresso, and the like. Famous for their delicious seasonal bagels (from tuna and chicken to pesto and smoked trout), as well as muffins and cookies.
This is a cosy and snug coffee shop in a prime location on the market square. The specialities of the shop roastery Kaffeebohne are celebrated just as much as sensationally filled bagels (fig and brie, beetroot, and horseradish mountain cheese!), as well as cookies, frozen yoghurt, iced drinks or drinking chocolate.
The cake display case is a paradise for those with a sweet tooth, the location is marvellous, and with the next generation at the helm (Gabi Innfeld handed over to her niece Hanna Zündel) there's even more choice of contemporary drinks and snacks in the already wonderful spot.
Wonderful spot on the church square with a friendly team and iconic coffee grinder seating area. Martin Senn's cakes, tarts and ice creams are remarkable - fluffy Buchteln with vanilla sauce, apricot pancakes and the Montafon nut cake are legendary.
Café, bar, and gallery space in one. Art and coffee have been merging in Stephen Bolter's cosy café for over 18 years. It's not just the works of art that are inspiring. The wine and food selection and the superb range of whisk(e)ys are also remarkable.
This has been part of the Viennese coffee house culture since 1979, with Esterházytorte, croissants, slices, and the fabulously good walnut crescents from the in-house patisserie. In addition there are seasonal dishes in an elegant atmosphere. Owner Martina Häusle picks up the wooden spoon or whisk herself.
