The winery covers all pleasures: excellent wines, fine dining and cozy rooms. In the afternoon, casual Heurigen cuisine delights. Fresh cheese ravioli, polenta with gammel, bacon or spare ribs from the wool pig, the cheese plate delights with no less than seven varieties.
The sisters share a passion for herbs, gastronomy and agriculture. In addition to violet cordial, herbal vinegar and pumpkin seed liqueur, guests can enjoy lovingly packed picnic baskets, delicious snacks and special salads with edible flowers.
Gneiss and slate soils give the wine a special minerality. In addition to traditional dishes such as Brettljause and beetle bean salad, light cuisine has also found its way here. There are various wild herb and bread variations, Sulzerl or fish.
Regional, seasonal and, where possible, from their own garden - these are the cornerstones of the upscale tavern. You dine in stylish surroundings and the dishes are artfully presented. For dessert, there is homemade berry ice-cream and pannacotta.
In addition to wines and sparkling wines, the popular Buschenschank also offers liqueurs, brandies, vinegar and pumpkin seed oil. You will be spoiled with hearty home cooking. Among the hot dishes, the pumpkin seed soup or the well-seasoned ribs are a must.
Homemade specialties such as "Skrabanossi" and other smoked meats can be bought in the farm store, or you can sample them on site in the beautiful farmhouse. The Brettljause is a real treat with osso collo, lean roast pork and smoked meat.
A house with a long tradition, the beautiful terrace with a far-reaching view is very popular. Great importance is attached to sustainability, which applies to the wines just as much as to the ingredients, from which the kitchen conjures up all kinds of seasonal delicacies as well as Brettljause.
The wine castle, surrounded by vineyards and flowering gardens, is also home to the Buschenschank. In addition to regional specialties, seasonal dishes such as mushrooms and pumpkin are served. The wines, especially the deep reds, go well with this.
Throughout the year, there are various activities in the family business - from cellar tours with wine tasting in May to harmonica music in September. Muscatel sparkling wine is served with a Brettljause snack or smoked trout, refined with herbs from their own garden.
Fresh wines are just as much fun as the mature wines with their pronounced fruit. The place has a special power, the best products are used to create delicacies such as Lendbratl and Brüstl, Kübelfleisch from their own meadow pigs or baked Polenta slices.
The tavern culture here is refreshingly different. This is demonstrated by dishes such as raw venison ham with grated Asmonte and black cherries or the kernel oil dish. Their own trout is served with wasabi, pumpkin curry cream and figs.

An inviting place with an unbeatable location, where great importance is attached to attention to detail and the conservatory is nice and cozy. The Burgenland cabbage soup, vegetable lasagne and goulash are highly recommended, and the roast pork is served with fluffy bread dumplings.
The friendly establishment makes you feel at home in the guest rooms, and the idyllic landscape contributes to this. Hot and cold regional delicacies are a delight. In addition to the Kernöleierspeise and Strauben, the highlight is definitely the crispy roast pork.
The Buschenschank with nice rooms is inviting, the property also has a great rope park. The terrace overlooks the vegetable garden and everything is lovingly homemade. Daily fresh Buchteln and nut croissants are also part of the repertoire.
In addition to fruity wines, there are also schnapps and juices from their own production. In summer it is cozy on the terrace with the large wine barrels. Sour tongue, salads, sandwiches and snacks are served. The chestnut roulade is delicious.
