The beautiful and luxurious Concepció by Nobi is located in the heart of the Mallorcan old town. The Mallorcan capital of Palma has one more luxury hotel. The Concepció by Nobi, which is located directly in a historic quarter of the old town comprises a total of 31 rooms. The rooms are located in a building steeped in history, which was built in 1576. The square on which the hotel is located was once a well-known place to purchase the finest olive oil.
Now the Swedish design studio Wingårdhs and, together with Spanish architects, created an oasis in which the Mediterranean flair is given a Scandinavian touch. Inside the hotel, you will find a modern design language that also reflects the tradition of old Palma. Guests experience a mixture of brass and wood as well as timeless furniture that perfectly complements the numerous rooms and suites.
Chef Xema Álvarez is responsible for the culinary experiences at the hotel. In the "Xalest" restaurant, visitors can expect a menu with reinterpreted classics, straight from Mallorca. The chef also brings a lot of his personality to the table. For example with his own recipes for mussels, veal cheeks or scrambled egg variations.
The wellness area of the brand new hotel is also impressive. Outside, a large terrace with a fantastic pool awaits guests. There is a sauna area on the first floor. A fitness room is also available for use.
