Honey yellow in colour with white foam and a slight cloudiness. Slightly sweet and fruity on the nose, with notes of elderberry and passion fruit. Full-bodied, also fruity and slightly sweet on the palate, then a clear hoppy bitterness comes through relatively quickly, which remains on the palate for a very long time. Goes well with spicy dishes and provides a good balance to hot dishes.
