Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Slight yeasty note, accompanied by noticeable acidity and herbaceous and floral notes on the nose. Slightly fermentative on the palate, followed by notes of honey mass, verbena and various herbs. Fine mousse and dry mouthfeel. The aforementioned aromas unfold again on the finish and form an herbaceous-floral, subtly acidic aftertaste.
