An indigenous white Sicilian grape variety that grows mainly in the province of Catania at the foot of Mount Etna and is found in older vineyards. The name can be found almost exclusively on the island of Sicily. Ampelographers believe the grape is native to the island. The raceme is slightly elongated. The Sicilian word "minna" means "breasts" and "Bianca" means "white".
