Spirits such as "Louis XIII" are expected in the stylish ambience of the Schlosshotel, but not necessarily the large selection of agave brandies. Daniel Dukic knows how to surprise as a real "sea child", even if it is not a classic drink that he knows best, such as the "Clover Club".
A cosy café during the day, where you are spoilt with excellent coffee and cake as well as milkshakes and ice cream, the location transforms into a hip meeting place in the evening. Bagels and antipasti go well with classic and creative cocktails. The chalky gin and tonic or the creamy-fresh "Minato" are marvellous.
You can revel in the nostalgic and stylish ambience, as the bar used to be a cinema. The cocktails range from tangy and fruity to classically elegant, with names such as the "Virgin Mojito" with lime juice, mint, soda and bitter lemon that will leave you wanting more. The gastronomic offering is also impressive.
The view is spectacular, as is the bar's elegant décor with modern lighting, soft earthy colours and Thonet furniture. The finest spirits are part of the concept, with around 30 types of gin and fruity, fresh, beautifully presented cocktails. Best enjoyed in the sunshine on the marvellous terrace.
When it comes to drinks, even landlubbers in the harbour head for "Dock 1". Mixological expertise awaits there, with the history of the Manhattan, Negroni and Martini already revealed on the cocktail menu. In addition to the classics (and top espresso!), the in-house creations - such as the "Bunny Mary" or "Birmansi" - also score highly.
Even in the cooler months of the year, it gets warm in the unique premises as the event and ball season opens. The rest of the year is spent at the bar or on the spacious terrace enjoying the cool music - until four in the morning. Fruity and creamy cocktails and long drinks are mixed.
The seats in front of the restaurant are extremely popular in summer - even with bikers. The staff provide excellent service, with cool rhythms and various events such as the gastro party on Mondays. They serve Prosecco on tap, good wines and beers as well as fruity, fresh cocktails. Marvellous toast!
