Botanic touches in the elegant bar of the Side Hotel - from the harmonious decor to the menu, which is surprisingly organised according to herb garden, savouriness rack, mint or rosemary. The "Botanist Gimlet" with pineapple-tarragon gin and grape is fine, while the "Having a good Thyme" with thyme is balanced with vodka, blackberry and Champagne.
The Mash blends premium steakhouse flair with an exquisite wine list that shines with rarities from all over the world and a focus on North America. At the bar, signature drinks such as the "Mash Margarita" with homemade eucalyptus cordial - also a spicy delight - or an "Old Fashioned" with maple cordial and double bitters are tempting.

In Hamburg's highest bar on the 26th floor at a height of 118 metres, everything revolves around numbers. There are 26 selected wines and 26 types of gin to be savoured.
