"Innovation", "Independence" and "Opportunities" are not just capitalised as cocktail names. Great bar food!

When the people of Linz talk about exquisite cocktails, they always end up with Claudia Schiemer from the Boiler Room. The bar manager knows how to personalise drinks like no other and creates one signature drink after another: her "Lychee Martini" (with marshmallows) is fantastic!

The bar menu in the hotel bar inspires with its ingenuity every year. This time, Andreas Portz has gone intergalactic. "Saturn" has an espuma cap, the "Venus" is a highball and all short drink fans should order "Uranus". The playful approach in a dignified ambience will appeal to everyone.

Cocktail DNA is anchored in the Haneder family. Stefan Haneder, the world champion of world champions, is known in every corner of Austria.
