"Parking Space" Restaurants in Zadarska županija
For over 50 years, the hotel and its elegantly appointed restaurant have been in the capable hands of the Pavlin family. The experience will linger in your memory for a long time—from the aromatic tomato soup and raw marinated appetizers to the fish baked in a salt crust and the sensational chocolate mousse cake.
Glass, wood, and stone blend together harmoniously. The menu features authentic Dalmatian cuisine: smoked swordfish, tender octopus, or tuna confit as flavorful appetizers, and creamy risotto with scampi as the main course. A top selection of local wines.
This little konoba is also very popular with locals. The rustic atmosphere and the aromas wafting from the open fire contribute to the cozy ambiance. Meat simmers away in the peka, and the pasta with scampi and black risotto are also delicious. Good house wines.
A quaint stone house in Magrovica Bay on the island of Dugi Otok. You’ll get help docking, and you’ll immediately feel welcome and right at home. The owner catches the fish himself during the day and artfully grills them in the evening. The meat—such as spare ribs—is also delicious.
The setting among the pine trees and karst landscape is idyllic. The dishes, too, are hearty and invigorating. Steaks and pork ribs are grilled over an open fire, and lamb is braised in a peka. The Ćevapčići and Pleskavica are full of flavor and go perfectly with the homemade flatbread.
From the terrace of this charming house, you can see olive trees and the sea; the wine served here comes from the vineyards on the hills in the background. These pair well with platters of ham, salami, and cheese; grilled steak with vegetables; pasta; or a hearty house special featuring sausages and grilled bell peppers.
The location of this little konoba, right on the coast, is simply fantastic. The cuisine is known for recipes deeply rooted in Dalmatian tradition; everything sizzling on the charcoal grill is a delight. The homemade almond semifreddo is served with a small mocha.
